Trans-Mill
Trans-Mill is a complete self contained machining system with its own built in electromagnetic base. Just flip a switch and the Trans-Mill will stay until you have finished your job. (Laboratory tests have proven that the electromagnetic base holds in excess of 4000 lbs., enough to safely use the Trans-Mill in any position: horozontal, vertical, or upside down.)
Trans-Mill features a 3/4 HP variable speed motor and speed pullys to dirve the spindle assembly. the spindle has a 9" stroke (9" Quill and 6" housing). Cross slide motions are made by the precesion lead screws graduated in .001" increments. Total cross slide motion is 9" longitudinal and 8" lateral.
Trans-Mill was designed to efficiently perform engineering changes, additions, and all types of repair work. Because this system is portable and it runs on standard 110v grounded outlets, you can take this machine to the work, instead of disassembling large or bulky components.

Trans-Mill Design features
- Spindle housing ways and cross slide are equiped with "lock-up" screws to tighten up machin for heavy cuts.
- Precesion spindle assembly has hardened and ground spindle with combination radial-thrust ball bearings. Spindle movement is by Rack & Pinion.
- Four groove belt bully on motor and spindle provides additional troque and speed ratios.
- Shipped to you, ready to run. Standard equipment includes:
- 7 collets
- T-Wrench
- open end collet wrench
- One set of 3 fly-cutters holders
