Swartz Rotary Actuators
Easy automation for Swartz Drilling Fixtures
Easy mounting of Swartz Rotary Actuators to your existing fixtures! Rotary acuators are
attached eaisily to the base of fixtures with two socket head cap screws. One additional
screw and washer holds pinion shaft in fixture from shifting.
The simplicity of installation makes it easy add actuators to your existing fixtures,
in your plant, by your poeple!!
Construction and design featers
- Acuator Body-designed for rugged service and machined from a cold rolled flat
for precise tolerances. Bronze rack guides insure long life with minimal maintinance.
- Cylinder Tubes-Cold drawn seamless tubing, honed to a 10 microinch finish and hard
chromeplated on the bore.
- Pinion-rugged, heavy section pinion with high strength gear tooth form. Machined
from high yeild steel. The shaft and gear being one piece for the maximum in strength
and dimensional stability.
- Rack-Made from high yield, stressproof steel. Turned and ground diameters with
precisioon cut gear teeth.
- Pinion Bearings-Sealed ball bearings, self-lubricated for life, for minimum friction
at peak redial and axial loads.
